"Stopped her after an oil change across the highway. To cash in my powerball and buy some more and other things. Went up to the counter.. NO ONE was there.. waited a few minutes still no one.. line starts to form still no one. Found your associate ignoring people in line while she was cleaning coffee machines. I gave up and went to KWIK TRIP!!! Love KWIK TRIP they know how to take care of their customers and are not diddling around messing with other things and ignoring people. Please do better train your staff to watch for people at the counter."
"It's bigger than your smaller basic gas stations. There was a large selection of various snacks and drinks. Also there were some hot food choices."
"I regularly go into this station since it's right by my work and the new management is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional! My husband came out of the bathroom and informed a woman with glasses their was no more paper towels and she snapped at him that she will get to it when she gets to it. We go to inform the other woman working that day and her smell was so bad I couldn't get near her. If it's a hygiene problem she shouldn't work near food or people. I usually get cheery service in the AM with an organized and clean store. Severely disappointed how bad it's getting the last 2 months. Going to start going to the station by Hardees and hopefully it's better. Definitely going to tell everyone I know to stay away from this location! Sad."
