"Was humiliated by staff. While my wife ordered at the counter I sat down to eat Taco Bell. Immediately I was told I can't do that. Even though my wife was ordering there, the "big one" said "no" and I was asked to leave. I've never been kicked out of anywhere and was humiliated. None of the other area restaurants care if we eat Culvers. Culvers management is arrogant, staff is fake spewing constant propaganda such as, "What can we make "FRESH", We'll have that out to you "FRESH", and the food is way overpriced."

"I am so disgusted. I’ve had food missing or the wrong order. All things that I can ignore, but to give someone brown, rotting lettuce, stale buns and cold food is absolutely gross and unacceptable. I’m so grossed to have eaten half way through my cold sandwich only to realize that lettuce is brown mush."

"We witnessed an employee helping an older gentleman all the way out to his car and helping him get in. I have never seen such an act of kindness from a food service employee. Very impressed! And the food was great too."

"This is a very fine place to eat. The staff are incredibly friendly and never make me feel like I’m doing the wrong thing. The food is always a banger, and the strawberry shakes are perfection. I only have two reasons why I took a star off. The first reason is that one day I went through the drive-through, and I looked like I had woken from a 10-year coma, and I saw someone I knew working. I was slightly mortified, but he just gave me my number, and I drove off. We have never acknowledged the moment, and I never plan to bring it up. Reason two: the most recent time I had gone here, I was extremely sick, and after I ate my food (which was very good, I might add), 45 minutes of my evening were spent on the toilet. After I washed my hands, I realized my sickness had seemed to go down. I was not sure if I should curse Culver’s for that or thank them. Overall, it is a very lovely place that the whole family can enjoy, and their sauces are sent from heaven."

"I have to say this is some good quality food for a fast food joint. They don’t have these where I live. I got their butter burger with cheese curds and their fried shrimp. The burger was nice and juicy Jad some good flavor and the bun was nice and soft and buttery. I was surprised how big the shrimp was, I feel like they better here than at most dine in restaurants, very good."
