He answered every question I had and explained thoroughly how HVAC works. I live in Milwaukee , the tech was from IL. It does not matter where he comes from as long as job gets done well. It was a small confusion at the time of payment as I was planning to use a credit card. I was told it'll be an additional 3% charge for credit card so I decided to write a check instead. But I am very happy with the service and results."
