Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning Milwaukee WI

"Bad business practices. I hired Heaven's Best to clean a couch and living room area of my apartment. I was not given a quote, but upon arrival I was told the total is $350. I thought it was a little high, but paid and tipped $60 on top. They didn't complete the entire job. Only a portion of the room was cleaned and I re-scheduled the clean two times for which they "no call no showed". I've tried contacting the business multiple times and they have actively denied my calls. They don't have a voicemail box either, so you can't leave a message. I texted asking kindly to refund half since the services weren't completed, and have received no response. They have another complaint similar to mine on the BBB, so this isn't a one time offense. Do not recommend at all unless you want to be overcharged with zero customer service."

"The customer service at this company is extraordinary. I had an appointment for a carpet cleaning last week but the cleaner was not able to come. The owner kept me updated and offered to reschedule my cleaning at no charge. He was so professional and apologetic. I had my carpet cleaned today and the man that cleaned it was professional and listened to my concerns and addressed them. He explained everything that he was going to do and reviewed what he had done at the end of the cleaning. I highly recommend them!!"

"I am pretty honest on reviews as I usually read all reviews myself before hire anyone. We had poor service today. Technician said that vacuum wasn’t working cause they change vacuum every month. How do you believe in that? Stairs carpet was with lots of dust, I cleaned stairs myself. Send text to Andrew (owner) that they need better equipment. He didn’t even respond to me. Charged me full amount. I am not recommend this company at all. I have to schedule another professionals to actually clean the carpet."

We put in a carpet cleaning request and throughout the whole process, the team was very good at communicating, friendly, and kept us updated with timeline. We had to reschedule once, and they were very quick to get another time that worked with our schedule. Also, Eric provided exceptional service with the carpets! Throughout the process, he had an amazing attitude, extremely professional, and was quick, yet methodical, with his work. We absolutely intend to use Heaven’s Best for our future carpet cleaning services and plan to ask for Eric again next time!"
