That tells you he must have been really, really exceptional at getting carpets clean. I am not nearly as satisfied with the company I chose to replace him. Wish J&M were still in business."

He overtalks you & will not allow you to explain your concern. Instead of accepting responsibility he customer shames and blames you for his poor cleaning service. He can’t keep Staff because he's rude and obnoxious. I have tried to give this company the benefit of doubt because my coworker wanted us to assist in supporting this self owned & ran business. But enough is enough with this half done work. He makes up rules that are not in his cleaning contract as well as prices. His flyers do not disclose a 24 Hour satisfaction guarantee or its free clause."
