"We contacted this company as they advertised repairing of storm windows. We got a 20 minute presentation of window replacement. I've worked in the industry and our windows are fine. Then we are given a 10 minute Power Point review of this "professional company". After I declined their offer of new windows, I am then told they no longer do storm window repair. Hmmm. They apologized and "simply" forgot. Then they quoted a replacement door for +5000 dollars? Then when I was polite and declined, "we'd need to think about it", The price dropped to $3500, but only had until 4:00pm to make the decision. Oh..then the special offer, if we make the decision right now before they leave, the price is $3100 after a "special call back to the office" This company is nothing but scammer taking advantage of people. Complete Fraud."

"So, We thought we were getting a great company to put 3 new windows in , but apparently they just want your money. Had a estimate done was impressed with the guys. We put money down and we have not heard anything from them since June 2023. We called them twice . First time it was it's only been a month. The second time oh the guy came and remeasured your windows, of course it was coming up on there 8-14 deadline, No call about it and we weren't home so he measured from the outside they say. That was in August . Still no Windows . No communication with us at all."

"I contacted this company in October 2022 about a window being stuck and was only able to be opened by beating on it. The window was in my bedroom and I told them that I was concerned about not being able to open it if there was a fire. The company sent someone out to determine what the issue was. The gentlemen took pictures of the issue and identified that there were several windows that were leaking. He sent all the information up to the office to be ordered. Since the gentlemen came out, I must have contact the company at least 10 times asking what the status was on my work order for the windows. The first answer I was given was that Provia production was behind and that I should contact the company again in a couple months. When I contacted them again, I spoke with Carrie who told me that the company had just received 2 truck loads of windows and that she was going to check if my windows were in the shipment received and contact me back. I never received a call so I contacted the company again on 11 August 23 and spoke to the answering service about my issues and trying to find out the status of my replacement windows. The answering service told me that someone would be in touch with me and about 3 hours later, I received a call from Carrie in the office. I explained to her the issue that I was having and she pulled up my account and told me that I needed to send in pictures and the window serial number so that they could make sure that the order was correct. I asked Carrie why after almost 10 months of calling is this the 1st time that they have asked for this information as that information was already sent up with pictures when the employee who came to my house to trouble shoot the issue. I told Carrie that I was not going to do that as a picture would not be able to show that the latches internally were sticking causing the window not to open properly and the fact that a service technician had already came to my house and determined the issues and sent up all the necessary paperwork. Carrie then stated that she would check into the issue and get back with me. I still have not heard from this company and am planning on contacting the BBB to file a complaint against the company for not honoring there warranty of this product that was discussed when I purchased the windows. In reading several of the reviews, I have noticed that several clients have had the same issues as I have. Do not hire this company as they are more concerned about getting your money and less concerned about the quality of there work and honoring there warranty that was promised in the contract in a timely manor. "I don’t know what to say, it’s been half a year…had multiple conversation with this company, they blamed it on the glass makers, the issue still stands on the fact that we bought the life time warrantee and yet, nothing happened when we even had calls with the owners. The evidence speaks for itself. Reply: not quite sure how to reply, but you have been talking to my brother Fue about our window installation’s in January. I am following up on the lack of action taken to get new windows and I find the inability of your company to follow up on the contract of our lift time warranty appalling."
