"Be warned, they charge a service call PER appliance on top of their hourly rate + parts. It cost me $225 (1.5 service call charges) to just have them show up to look at a washer and a dryer. I have no problem with a service call/trip charge but have never heard of anyone charging multiple call charges per single visit (one vehicle and one tech)."

"You expect hardware store staff to help you with what they sell and rent. They not only did that, but told us if we ever needed help with absolutely anything, since we were new to the area, or needed help knowing where to buy things or contractor recommendations or help knowing what kind of boats or piers or grills to get - ANYTHING, they’d help us in any way they could. They really meant it and were so welcoming. They even had CBD for our arthritic dog, beautiful cards for every occasion, delicious coffee, fun little snacks…all little extras most hardware stores don’t have. Wonderful, helpful people. We got a great deal on a freezer, too!"
"Everyone was so helpful even though we weren't exactly sure what we needed!! They have alot of things for a small town store. Glad we didn't have to drive the 10 extra miles 1 way to Eagle River to find what we needed in plumbing supplies!"
