"If i could give a negative start, I would. Stopped here to get gas and to use the bathroom. It's 9:30 am, there's no reason why the bathroom is already out of hand soap, floor had shredded toilet paper and mud/dirt. Looks to not have been cleaned for at least a day or two. We went to check out, and I mentioned to the cashier who I just saw grabbed a piece of pizza from the hot foods with her hands, eating it while walking in front of us. I kindly told her that the bathroom was dirty. The look on her face was almost as if I had just inconvenienced her and responded, "Should we go look at it together?" I then told her "is okay, thought I should let someone know. " She proceeds to ask with an attitude, "dirty like there's diarrhea everywhere, or what's dirty to you?" At this point, I'm just speechless. I asked if they open 24 hrs as that may explain the above. She responded with "no, but we had a rush" and mumbled something else. She turned around and told the guy working with her, "This lady says the bathroom floor is dirty." I've had bad customer service/experience before, and WOW, this cashier shouldn't be in customer service! She definitely lacks it all!"
"I worked a 12 hour sift and decided that I would stop at subway for a sandwich before going home. I drove all the way from Green Bay to get my sandwich close to home so it would be warm when I got home!! The time is 6:50 pm two girls are in the restaurant but the doors are locked…..it clearly says on the door that they close at 9:00pm so I knock on the window and one of the girls comes to the door and says we are closed???? I said it isn’t even 7 yet and she says we are closed! Then says our manager ok’d this!!!! Oh yeah all of the open signs were on also!!!!!"
