"Horrible experience. called in below freezing weather and they made it way worse with no follow up. Would not recommend for heating related issues. I question integrity of company as Dan made up an invoice to get paid for a job he didn't complete or follow up on. Left us without heat for days. Would never call again and would never recommend."

"We have been customers of Schneider Heating and Air Conditioning for over 30 years. During this time, Schneider has provided us with outstandig service in two of our homes. Several weeks ago our boiler blew a gasket, which we did not notice at all since it was still heating our home. Fortunately we had a home inspection done, and when the inspector showed us the damage, we were flabbergasted. It was pure luck the inspector was here since this was a potential dangerous situation. We called Schneider right away and they responded immediately. Within one hour, two Schneider techs were at our front door. It took them about 45 minutes to diagnose the problem. Next, they obtained the parts and returned quickly. It took another two hours to overhaul really good boiler. Not only were they quick to respond, the two techs (Dan and Jesse) were very nice; it was a pleasure to have them in our home. We are so impressed wiith the concern Rick Schneider and staff showed us, and with their immediate response. As long-term customers of Schneider Heating and Air Conditioning, we have always appreciated their routine annual inspections and very caring service inn emergency situations. we will remain loyal customers in the years ahead.
