My appointment was on time, and they were prepared. I left while my carpet was getting cleaned, I received a call when the carpet was finished and returned to an amazing site. I was sure this rental had never cleaned the carpet, and I was correct. I left thinking the rug was dark brown, I returned to a lighter brown carpet with a delightful scent. I was told the water after cleaning was black if that tells anyone how bad it was. I am very delighted to know now I can move all my things in on to clean carpet. The company is greatly affordable.
