"We’ve always used this laundromat when in town and this time when we went to pick up our clothes, there was a burnt smell when we walked in. We went to unload our laundry and it too hot to touch and completely fried all our clothes. Lucky there wasn’t a fire. I tried rewashing them and drying them and they are so wrinkled, I’m afraid the fabric of that entire load of laundry was ruined. I cannot find a phone number to call and figure this out."
