"I went there only 2 or 3 times last year. I go only for billiards and free swim in the pool. Free swim times were becoming too few and at times that were inconvenient for me to make the 50 mile round trip. I had a credit card on file that was used ONLY for 125Live and nothing else, and my bank called about the card number being presented for a $700 purchase at Lowes. The bank issued me a new card. That was 3 months ago and I have not returned to 125Live since. I just received a call demanding payment AND demanding BACK payment, even though I haven't been there in at least 4 months. Not a way to treat customers. Both my husband and I are not going back."

"125 Live was very nice and helpful. I stopped in to join for billiards, sketching, painting, the library, and all the other things to do. They saved me 50 bucks by having me wait until January 1st when they're waving the joining fee from 9 to 3. My wife is already a member and enjoys it very much. I've taken a pottery class there before. It was fun. I'm looking forward to joining next week. I just started another pottery class. It's fun."

"1st I have been a member of Live 125 since the beginning of 2023 and last night I thought that the person that was there running it (Sylvia Executive Director) completely unprofessional about having nonmember sign waivers... they were hosting a Zumba Halloween party. I registered myself and my friend that is not a member there a week prior and when we got there, Sylvia pretty much said that since my friend had not signed a waiver that she won't be able to participate we had to rush upstairs before the front desk closed which was three minutes. Luckily there was still someone sitting there to find out that the waivers are just underneath the desk and all she would've had to do is grab a piece of paper if she would even educate herself on where they are. The class went on and we had a good time at the end of the class. It was about 7:10pm and as people conversing leaving the classroom, Sylvia again the executive Director makes an announcement that she can't leave until we get out of the building so if we could hurry up because they have places to be and things to do..... just wow I couldn't even believe the unprofessionalism that was happening. Don't schedule a Zumba party till 730 if you want people out early because you have things to do. It was literally my first interaction with this lady, and was not pleasant at all. Other than this situation, the classes and gym have been great."
