"They serviced a Rolex I was buying and charged $1600 to service the Rolex and put two Diamonds. When I received the Rolex it was still missing the Diamonds and left it in worse condition. I took it to another Jeweler and they said it also still has air leaks and it’s ticking off beat. They want me to mail to them to fix the problem but I’m afraid they further Damage my Rolex. No refund or anything, stay away from them.i have attached a photo and you can still see the missing diamonds"
"Really good vibes. Very nice jewelry. Thank you JC and everyone else at Paks it was an epic experience!!!"
"Today I definitely got played my friend got a six piece with the same gold for his mouth then me and my daughter was in there and they was basically whispering and charged him 650 for a six piece and charge my daughter 700 for a four piece so if you are a woman, please be careful I will never understand why men and choose to take from women and children. Let me make it my daughter happy it’s too late I pay for it. But just beware. Same type of gold."
"Update included below… Initial review: Don’t waste your time. I just called and spoke to a guy named Eric about merchandise they just posted on IG. He tells me I would have to come into the store to get info because the guy who posted the picture isn’t in the store and he doesn’t know when he’s coming back. What legitimate company would do such a thing? I told him I reside in Chicago and would make the 2 hour drive if I knew more info about the product of interest. Again, why post/advertise a product that you don’t want to speak to customers about? Sounds like a scam or they are posting other people’s products possibly. I won’t be shopping with them. Update after receiving response: It is even more alarming that ppl answering their phone are giving out fake names. Again, this is very unprofessional, poor customer care. I didn’t say you posted anything on IG today. The merchandise was posted 2 days ago per IG, which would’ve been Saturday, 3/4. Stating that you’ve been in business for 40 years doesn’t exclude what transpired. If someone is trying to patronize your business, you should welcome them instead of giving them a fake name and no product details. You’re a boutique business and I saw that someone else posted a similar review about poor communication with customers."
