"Friend just went in for lobes, tech seemed to want to rush us through. Didn't get to choose jewelry or receive any information on what type of metal was in the jewelry. A week later, both piercings were being enveloped by the ear (one actually had to be removed at an urgent care because it had gone completely inside the lobe, $$$). Went to have the other fixed by another shop, they swapped out the jewelry for titanium with a longer flat-backed post to fix the issue. Would avoid this shop in the future, not sure why the reviews are so good but this was our honest experience."
