Not only were they extremely friendly they had great suggestions that made the piece even better! When I went to pick it up they wanted to make sure I was happy with everything and also made great lunch recommendations. My husband and I were so pleased with how the necklace came out he asked if they could fix his wedding ring that was ruined by a different company when he brought it in for a cleaning. On the spot they were able to do what the major jewelry company couldn't and got his ring back to the original look. They were so amazing that I plan on using them for any custom jewelry or repairs in the future!"

Ahead of our first visit, I tipped them off that I was coming in to legitimately look at earrings, but also wanted to get my then-girlfriend's reactions to different rings in their case. Noah was super sly and helped me get her ring size while we were looking. Later, I made an appointment and I came in armed with saved post's from A Trio's Instagram page and Amy helped me make sense of it all. After we settled on a design, she used her experience and creativity to fine tune aspects of the ring to hit my budget without compromising the design. Every interaction was pleasant and respectful, especially when I was clearly in over my head. The end result couldn't have made us happier, she loves it and we get compliments all the time.
