"EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I cannot explain how mad I am with this store. The fact they lost my grandmothers wedding ring that meant so much to my mom. She had to call them asking about her ring months after she gave it to them just to hear that they LOST it. How pathetic that she had to call to find out. A new band is not going to fix anything! The sentimental value cannot be replaced. PATHETIC."
"As a small town jeweler you would think it would be extra important to make sure you take great care of a customer's items. It breaks my heart to know that they lost an important ring that was handed down to my mother while they were supposed to be resizing it for her. Very disappointed."
"Great experience in a very nice small business. It’s been under the same ownership and they are very involved. Selection is great for small gifts and some fine jewelry and name brand time pieces. Hours are alternating with the other store so call first if in doubt."
