"The staff was wonderful to work with on the first day I went into the gold guys in Duluth, Minnesota The bank had an issue with the check I was given resulting in many trips to the bank and ultimately I had the company on the phone conversing with the bank. The higher corporate staff went all out to resolve with the bank the banks issue and to help me cash the check. I had to return to gold guys in Duluth they were sympathetic with the issues the bank created."

"I actually was there. On November 27th around noon. I even have the quote if I need to post pictures as well. I did not have a good experience. I realize when you sell your jewelry, you will not get back what you paid for it. I paid $1200 for my wedding band alone. I was trying to sell the band and the engagement ring. I I was offered an amount that seems almost fake. It was $197 to be exact. It just doesn’t seem real. The quality for the stones do not match up to what we had purchased either. And the girl that was helping me was brand new, and the other one working had ever even valued diamonds before. The girl helping me had to keep asking the other one and she says I don’t know. It was not a great experience. The people were nice. I will say that. I don’t work for any other competitors, I was honestly just looking to sell my ring for a fair price."

"One of your reviewer‘s is obviously working for pawn America. That’s the trouble with surveys there’s no control over the reviewers. A reviewer can be very self-serving and dishonest. I have been to both the gold guys in Duluth Miller Hill Mall and Pawn America in Fridley, north of Minneapolis I can absolutely assure you that my experience with pawn America was inferior to the Gold. Gold. I got the brush off from Pawn America was told that a great tool isn’t worth anything they had a customer stand there and argue with them for 30 minutes while I waited in line. The staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing and the manager really acted like a jerk, I’ll never go back."
