"Usually very happy with Helzberg but today I was not brought in my husband's ring to get re-sized and we have the warranty never had to pay before to get it re- sized and they made us pay for it which we never had to do before with Naheed, although they saw we will get the money back when the ring is done. And to top it off Naheed no longer workers there anymore. Naheed was a great person to work with and very understanding very disappointed they let her go."
