"My family will not shop there anymore. We have spent about as much as a family can spend in a local fabric store. But a woman named Kelly has now insinuated that my sister (months ago) and now my mother are either crooks or liars because Joann's failed to put together an order completely. It's happened 3 times, but my mother caught it the first time. When my brother-in-law picked up an order with missing items, my sister called, she was spoken to disrespectfully, and just blew it off. Now, when my father picked up my mother's order, we were missing SEVERAL items. We encountered the same disrespect from Kelly, wherein she implied my mother was lying, a thief, or unable to check two bags. What a (bad word). Be better, folks."

"Everything is WAY overpriced, about twice the price you pay to order online, besides some good deals on fabric. Just wish I could find sewing supplies at a reasonable price, but I guess I will do my shopping online for that stuff."

"This is definitely a small fabric store. Lots of cluttered aisles making it difficult to navigate. I was able to find most everything I needed today. They don't have much for upholstery fabrics, but plenty of flannel and for quilting. Workers were friendly and it wasn't that crowded on a Saturday afternoon."
