"Service good when you can get in. I went in today 30mins after they opened and they told me that they were already at capacity and weren’t taking anyone. Ridiculous that they only had one doctor when the weekends are probably the busiest. Especially being a walk-in clinic. Why wouldn’t you have more staff!"

"Thought my dog was coming in for emergency surgery due to her dire condition, was recommended to have first thing in am , time clock ticking ! Called at 145 still not in surgery yet was dehydrated!! Yes because she was NPO since 12 AM! Got call to pick up at 6 needed emergency care I’m ER, only to have her die in the am! Not sure they comprehended the gravity of the situation! No doctor spoke to us Nothing only the tech who was nice but you could she was worried like hers your dying dog , bye ! Should have never been discharged!"

"After calling and being told I could come in to pick up a prescription for my cat and they would be open until 4:30, they were closed at 3:50. When I pulled up they were all in their cars zipping out of the parking lot. I get that it is great from the workers stand point to be able to leave early. It is rude and disrespectful to the customer that was told they would be there."

"The staff is so dedicated to providing affordable and accessible health care for our pets. They are very down to earth and compassionate. These people are truly in it for the love of animals and not the money. I’d especially like to thank Diane, Brandy, and Dr Buley. Babs and Pook love you guys ! Also thank you to the receptionist who I spoke to on the phone who was so nice and helpful. Thanks for all you do! Lastly, the wait may be long but that is not the staffs fault. If anything it is due to the fact that they are providing quality care to many animals. Plan to bring something to work on or watch something on your phone so you don’t feel impatient ."
