"We just moved to town. My cats ended up not coming here, so I can't speak to the staff or how great they are or aren't with animals (the reception staff I spoke with was very nice). What I can speak to is scheduling challenges. I have two cats who don't especially like each other. In the past, I've scheduled their vet appointments at the same time, but while one cat is being examined I leave the other in their carrier. It's been perfectly fine for the 8 years we've had these disagreeable felines. Silvervine wouldn't allow me to book the appointments together without charging me a boarding fee. So it's not acceptable for my cat to sit in their cat carrier, but it is acceptable for my cat to sit in your cage that you're charging me a 40-something dollar boarding fee for? That's ridiculous. We booked an appointment at another vet, and the exam fee is also cheaper at this other vet. Win win!"
"Best veterinarian we have ever been to. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Took great care of our cat. Our cat had been red tagged and we were not able to get her the help she needed with other vets. Clinic was very clean, technology updated, and just overall a really pleasant experience. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you want the best for your feline friend this is the place to go to."
"This is a great place to take your cats for vet care! Dr Mekka and the staff are very gentle and patient with even the most feisty of felines. Of course our cats don't like the vet, but Dr Mekka is so careful and gentle with them that they have been getting far more comfortable with the idea. My most opinionated kitten used to hiss and swipe at the staff, but now she only growls (while they feed her a fun little snack to distract her) and actually allows them to touch her. I can't recommend this place enough!"
