"Extremely expensive and unprofessional. This company nickel and dimes you for everything. Charged over $150 just to come out and look at something without doing any work whatsoever and had absolutely no common sense. The receptionist, Heather, is so disrespectful and unprofessional. Everytime j have spoken to her or received a voicemail, has a nasty attitude, rude tone of voice and should not be in customer service. Will definitely not be using this company again and would recommend to look elsewhere for your plumbing needs."

"I was attempting to setup a time appointment with Heather. She hung up on me when I was asking her for time slots to relay back to a tenant. Heather is a hot head - no customer service. She told me to call another plumber and hung up on me."

"I have used this company in the past and called them because I was having issues with my hot water heater. I explained that it was quite probably repairable, but was told it would have to be replaced if water was leaking from the top. I was then quoted over $1,000 for a replacement. I was not comfortable with this and took the time to call some other businesses. One of the companies I called told me they would inspect the heater first and make their recommendation after that. As it turns out I was absolutely correct, the water was leaking from the mesh hose on the cold water inlet, nothing to do with the hot water heater. I ended up paying a little over $200 instead of over $1,000. I am glad I went with my instinct on this one and very disappointed with Sinclair."

"I called them with a warranty issue on a water heater that they did not install. They confirmed the water heater was under warranty and what the terms of the warranty were. They told me their hourly rates and when they could get to my house. Work was done promptly. Everyone was easy to work with."
