"I have used Elite Auto Glass in the past so when I need a window replacement I went to them again. They quoted me the price and we set the appointment. I was in and out in less than one hour with them replacing the side window on my wife’s car. Then just two days later the window came off track and would not go back up. I called right away after my called so we could get it fixed there was no answer. I called twice on Thursday and four times on Friday still no answer and no return call. I ended up having to have someone else look at it."
