"Friendly service, that's all I can say unfortunately they weren't able to repair my daughters nintendo switch lite , kinda defeats the purpose of getting the insurance plan if nothing could be done about it. I dont understand the point of paying monthly for the insurance if when I get the system back and it still doesn't work. Is the insurance worth it.....so far no. Took a week to find out it can't be repaired. Am I happy, no but I understand something just can't be repaired"

"My kids are rough on phones unfortunately so I'm practically a regular here. Sam usually helps me out and is familiar with my phones and this place is worth it! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It sure beats buying a new phone every time this happens! Saves me a ton of money."
