I grabbed several estimates over several months, and not only was Schoof Heating & AC more affordable (by thousands of dollars), they also included removal of the old units, a new PVC line, AND permits. Many other estimates I gathered included all of these, with the exception permits (which I was told by other estimates would cost several hundred dollars more than the original quote). Heil also seems to be a great brand to go with.
