"Todd is very knowledgeable. Excellent communication and service. Tom (this guy knows his stuff) and another fellow showed up for the install - on time. Yes, on time. Also completed on time. Weird, right? Cleaned up after themselves. Even turned off the basement lights. My well water is very hard also with a ton of iron algae; very common 'round these parts. First shower that night - an absolutely incredible improvement. Only regret.. I should've done it sooner."
