"Allowed warranty to expire by waiting two weeks. Then after waiting for the warranty to expire during deer huniting season was over it was fixed and I was charged the full price. Then when I tried to negotiate having to some or all they took me to small claims. Not to mention work wasn't done to code to begin with because they installed a furnace in too short of a chimney...which was the problem with their new furnace to begin with. The work they did didn't fix the problem I had to hire a different more qualified HVAC to diagnose that a chimney extension was needed to truly fix the problem (by doing work to code)."
