"My first time in a CVS (I'm more of a Walgreens girl) and I was pleasantly surprised! Not at all what I expected! It was more like a mini Target store! Clean, well stocked, had what I needed and was a quick in and out with the self checkout area. Updated to say that: the store manager, Christine, was extremely helpful and a very kind. She had me laughing and put a smile on my face after having a horrible day. She was also thorough, making sure to check bags as people left... to make sure they're wasn't any stealing going on."
"What a scam !!! I got what's supposed to be a 30 day supply of my meds the last two times here. First prescription I received a total of 14, and the most recent one I received 27, and amazing enough, I paid the $35 copay both times !! This for a very common type 2 diabetic medicine ! They should offer me the rest cost free to complete the order, as they're getting paid for it.... I'm switching to a different pharmacy!"
"Yesterday morning I had 3 refills to pick up. My doctor sent in 2 new prescriptions for an illness as well. I received a text saying that there was a problem with one. I tried to call the pharmacy but their phone lines were down. It turned out to be every local store. After trying for over an hour I called the corporate office. After being on hold for the pharmacy department for almost an hour the woman was not helpful, but extremely condescending, as she told me that "these things happen" and to wait for their lines to be up. After another hour I finally got through and was told that they were ready. There were 3 cars in front of me, but I waited. When I get to the window a voice asks if I have a barcode. I have no idea what she's talking about. She asked if I received a pickup text. I told her I confirmed over the phone. She said that I could get out of the line, she'd send me a new code, and then I could try again. As there were now multiple cars behind me I said no. A guy comes to the window and asks again for my barcode. I explain that I confirmed verbally, and am picking up verbally. Instead of just starting my pickup he goes into this long spiel about "how busy they are", and how their customers should be "stepping up to help them". I'm 63. I don't do barcodes, QR codes, or anything else. I also don't do the representatives job. Last night I open one of the meds and it states that the instructions are attached. They weren't. So I call this morning and the guy tells me that they are attached. I had to tell him that they weren't 3 times before he stopped telling me where to find them and actually heard me. Poor service, no dosage instructions, what else could be going on? Scary."
"Visited cvs on Appleton ave in menomonee falls. When I entered there was an elderly lady being taken care of and gentleman behind her. I could tell the gentleman was getting upset. A pharmacist came by and opened up another lane because I think he could tell too. I kept my calm and approached the desk when it was my turn. I have the employee named “Tin” my last name and date of birth. He simply pointed at a sign that shows a barcode and looked dumbfounded. I said I don’t do those apps I just want to give you my last name and dob. He then said oh it’s not an app. I told him no and I was in a rush. He was giving me attitude like I was wrong. I told him I wanted my medication and bronchaid. I had to tell him three times to get bronchaid. He kept asking what I wanted. Then I told him my dad is dying in a hospital and he didn’t acknowledge it and kept wasting my time. He slid the box of bronchaid under the plexiglass and said. Can you make sure that’s the correct product? What!!! Why would he egg me on like that. This employee needs customer service training in which he can see when customers are in a rush and hurry along the process. And not treat them like he did to me. I was so offended by him that I’m going to the cvs at target from now on. He may come off as if he’s doing everything right but he’s not. He’s wasting the customers time and giving them attitude. I have been in customer service for 25 years and I can tell you he needs training."
"Horrible customer service from the pharmacy and the pharmacist. Each time I go in the store they are more interested in finishing their personal conversations before acknowledging me waiting by their register. The drive through is fine, but get an attitude from the pharmacist if I don't have their code to pick up medication. They give me a hard time when they have to type in my name and dob, and I am tired of the pharmacy and his belittling attitude. This place could use a course in customer service."
