"Edited: we did stay another nights about a week later but checked the room out first. It was MUCH cleaner. Hopefully the cleaning staff stays on top of things. ——- The plan was to stay here longer, likely around 2 weeks while construction was being done on our house, but we didn’t make it that long. When we got there, there were crumbs everywhere on the floor. Went into the bathroom, there was body or pubic hair on the shower floor and bathroom floor and boogers smeared on the shower wall. When you use the TP, the entire TO holder comes out of the wall. There was long hair in the pillows and in the sheets. It was late, so we decided to wait until morning to let them know that we wanted the room completely cleaned, which they agreed to. The next morning I woke up with a bite looking thing with red around it. We asked them to clean the room. That evening, the bed was made, but it was clearly barely cleaned. The only thing that was solved was the hair in the bed was gone. Crumbs still all over the floor by the night stand. The next morning I woke up with 2 more bite looking things. This increased each night. My son also got one on his face. My husband got super stuffy while in the room as well, which resolved when he would leave (even with the window cracked open). We ended up checking out early and paying for the following night (the night I’m writing the review) because we couldn’t take it anymore and we’re unable to get a refund due to it not being 2 days ahead of time. The good: My husband enjoyed the breakfast options, the workout room was really nice, and Tony at the front desk was a really nice guy."

"Hotel room is extremely clean and well designed, bed is comfortable, room has a lot of class. The only downside is that the TV isn't an inconvenient location."

"Great Stay, the hotel is still being finished, so some construction but very minor, the rooms were very clean. Breakfast is ready every morning, and the staff are accommodating. The hotel is near a shopping center and has plenty of food options within a mile range."

"Brand new hotel — facilities are great. Staff very friendly and helpful, but clearly still on a learning curve. Good restaurants and Costco very close so top marks on location."

"Called on 10/28 at 7pm to book a reservation. A guy answered and immediately said "please hold" and put us on hold quickly. I was on hole for a lengthy time and decided to hang up and call Delta. I was very excited that this hotel was coming to the neighborhood, but with this service, I'll definitely pass."
