"We first went to NSVH because we adopted a special needs kitty, Gamera, that we'd fostered (with her mama and siblings), and Animal Allies connected us with them because they had experience with her illness. They were great, so kind and knowledgeable, and really do their best to lower stress for pets and pet parents. We were there every two weeks when she was a kitten, monitoring her condition until they determined she wouldn't need corrective surgery. We had to say goodbye to her last week after having her for less than two years due to an unrelated illness. The staff were so patient and kind to us. We'll definitely bring our other kitties there in the future. Not that it's the most important thing, but I was also surprised that their costs were comparable or lower than my old vet, but the care and time given to us was so much better.
