When the initial quote came in higher than expected, he helped us work with the subcontractors to get the costs to a more reasonable amount and stayed on budget through the remodel process. As with any remodel, there are always hick-ups along the way, but Larry always responded quickly to any of our concerns and had them fixed to our satisfaction.
