"Had windows and patio door done, horrible! No measurments used when installed, they did the trims on the windows they also look horrible.. they didnt measure correctly.. whole expirence was a fail. Will never do installments with homedepot ever"
"Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience I've had. We ordered carpet, scheduled the install 6 weeks in advance. The day before install (week before Christmas) I was called and informed that they were over-booked and would need to reschedule—seriously?? Carpet was installed on the rescheduled date a week later, BUT the installers refused to take away the carpet and padding they removed despite Home Depot contracting me on take-away and removal. Now I'm left with carpet and padding on my driveway over New Year's. Classic example of misrepresentation and horrible customer service. I refuse to do business with this place again. Thanks for nothing, Home Depot."
