"Horrible customer service. We purchased units from Kar Tech and after we got them one of the units stayed on and would not shut off, the wires got so hot it almost burnt our customers truck down because it wouldn't shut off. After we told them what happened, we got the run around from their tech dept. I finally demanded to speak to the owner. His name is Hassan. Hassan said the unit is getting too much power and we have to wire in a relay...ok we did so. Again another issue with it staying on and not shutting off. So we called them. The owner Hassan was very rude hung up on me and told us to find another vendor. Zero accountability on their part. They have no professionalism and do not make a quality product. We definitely will not recommend or use this company ever again."

Would not purchase ever again. In fact looking at the fake positive reviews here, half of them are related to the owners family."
