"The grooming business and its social media operators delete your comments and block you on Facebook when factual accounts of their poor service by their employees who offer dog sitting services and completely ghost customers after agreeing to dog sit then disappearing, NO CALL - NO SHOW. They have the audacity to call out customers who no show to their grooming appointment and by charging fees. You can delete my comments but you can’t hide from the fact that you are hypocrites and offer no resolution to your customer service when called out. I’ll make sure this is on Yelp, Etc…"

The owner called me back on her day off and let me walk in and helped me get them all out! I tried to pay and she wouldn't take anything!
