Always defended them but now I just stay quiet and discouraged with the type of service they give. Nothing quality about it when they keep changing their stories."

"The manager is one of the rudest women I've ever encountered. I couldn't believe she was the manager the way she treated those of us waiting in line for 20 mins to check out. She had 3 checkout people but only one register operating. Even though she was asked several times to open a second one. District manager never responded when I tried to make he/she aware of this problem. They are either dating or related."
