"Just was there. Store is half lit (most display cases with no lights on). Was in there for nearly 10min, alone, before a female staff walked out of the bathroom. I get needing to take care of such needs, but she then walked past me 3x without a word, even sitting at her desk in the back corner. 4th time she walked past, was to greet a couple who just walked in, then walked past me again! Then just to see what the heck, I stood NEXT to her by the middle register, trying on frames & setting them down (loudly) at random. ZILCH. The other couple she did greet, even saw this. When she walked away to some other area (again), I told them I'd been there about 15min or better now & not a word from her despite her looking at me a few times. Guessing they, like I, was not impressed by store, staff, selection, (or the sewer smell) & wished me luck & left. I followed them out."
