"Nightmare experience. The person didn’t seem to know how to draw blood. This is my first time drawing blood away from a hospital setting. The blood drawing took forever and the technician kept complaining about how slow the blood was coming out. For payment, I asked if cash or credit card. The technician said cash is okay. Later on, I had to wait 15 minutes after my blood draw for the change. The technician told me the results would take 24h. Days after I kept calling and leaving messages, finally a week after my test I was emailed the results. One of the tests needed to be retaken. I’ve had many blood labs and this is the first time I was told to retake a test. I will never go to a random lab for blood work again."
