"Dr. Ricardo Li was extremely rude when I met with him about concerns I was having with my GI problems. He told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and continued to try and belittle me. Then the day of my colonoscopy he was a no show. The office gave me the wrong prep for my procedure, I received results a week later stating “the prep was not adequate for IBD surveillance.” I then have been charged for multiple bills of the same amount and have been paid already. I highly do not recommend."

"I am Teri Planning and I had a procedure at St Francis Hospital today . The GI dept was in charge of my upper endoscopic evaluation. It was an awesome event not fun of course but very well done by the great staff which included Sue who was so efficient and pleasant, and got me ready, next my wonderful Dr Maloney Who did my procedure and came in to tell me all about his findings, he is a great GI Dr to have. Mia the tech in the procedure room was so efficient and nice and David was in charge of anesthesia and he knows just what to do. Finally Mickey got me all ready to finish up and be on my way, she made sure my blood pressure came down very pleasant person. So all was really dandy and I won’t hesitate to go back to St Francis. You are appreciated team GI"
