I appreciate that he listened to me and was willing to do the needed service at our appointment instead of making us have two appointments. He seems honest and very knowledgeable. "Dr. Wagner and his team went above and beyond in our recent dental experience. My son chipped his tooth on a Saturday morning. We called his office and was given Dr. Wagner's cell phone in case of an emergency. Within minutes were we talking to Dr. Wagner and providing him photos. Within an hour we met him at his office. Dr. Wagner immediately took x-rays, explained our options and provided great care. Within another 30 minutes our son walked out with a great looking bond on his chipped tooth. The ordeal started and ended with perfect work in about two hours - on a Saturday! Excellent customer service and excellent work! Our children are customers for life."

The whole team took time to listen to her needs and met her where she was. They were supportive, understanding and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. "My son had his first dentist visit ever today and I was very impressed! His hygienist, Kendall, was so sweet and patient. She even sang to him while she cleaned his teeth. I didn't get to talk too much with Dr. Wagner, but he seemed very nice and skilled at his job. Also the lobby is very kid friendly with lots to see and interact with. My son cried when we left because he was having so much fun playing in the lobby."
