He was very polite and went out of the way to inform my primary doctor of what actions he was going to take while I was still in the room so I was fully aware of everything happening along with that all the other staff including the woman who made my finger brace & the women at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Despite being in pain and coming in feeling uncomfortable I left with a sense of confidence that I would be taken care of and everything will be ok.
