"A small and beautiful Park with a nice walkway around the pond. Path has memorials to those served for the betterment of the community. The pond has lots of birds, ducks, and turtles ."
"Best kept secret in Rancho Bernardo. An absolutely perfect spot for a family picnic. Plenty of parking, easy to get to and right off the freeway, plus very peaceful mellow. Feeding the ducks is the icing on the cake. Highly recommend."
"I was trying to find a place to run one day and since I could see this beautiful place from the freeway I searched it out. It's a beautiful and Peaceful place to go. And so unique. There's a city time capsule, the veterans memorial and the beautiful lake with ducks and turtles. There's plenty of places to get comfy and enjoy the day so bring a picnic blanket."
"This is a little hidden park which if you don't know it's there you might have a hard time finding it. It is nestled in the middle of a business complex and also right next to the freeway, so it is not the quietest park in the county. There are also lots of ducks and other birds that enjoy hanging out at the pond. It's probably not a good idea to feed them, especially if you bring along something like white bread that is nutritionally deficient. There are also nice walkways around the park, and plenty of parking."
