"Easy access to and from the beach. I'd recommend getting to there early to get a parking spot. Bathroom facilities are well maintained and easily accessible. Great location and easy to get to. This park is safe and great to spend time at. It's also a short 3 minute walk from the surf."
"Upscale neighborhood park that’s situated close enough to the beach to offer additional beach parking, restrooms and sports activity areas for visitors. Good place to take the kids in addition to the beach! If I can’t find street parking, then paid spaces are usually available without getting stuck in a tight spot! Plus the upscale homes across the street offer a sense of security, as residents may witness potential problems outside their windows!"

"The perfect little Park right next to a great local portion or Newport Beach. Beach part here is almost never busy, two large metered parking lots, and tons of street parking for free. Best to park prior to 10 or after 2 on busy season. Lots free after 6pm"
