We broke ground in February 2023, literally days before all of the rain hit California last winter. Even after weeks of rain caused multiple delays (no fault of Coastline Pools - Mother Nature was fully to blame) they still had our pool/yard completed and ready to use within 4 months! "Building my family's dream pool was an amazing experience with Coastline Pools and I would highly recommend their services to build your pool end to end. I would highly recommend not building parts of your dream pool investment with different contractors shopping around but leaving the complete end-to-end process to Coastline, who did an amazing job for me. Yes, there were always some changes here, some things that were not at par with what I needed as is with all construction work; but the whole point was that Coastline Pools was extremely responsive and immediate to take action to ensure corrections and complete satisfaction at all times. I had several contractors come in while shopping around to build the pool which I had selected looking around at the different websites offering shopping around experiences for work needed. My wife was the one who selected Coastline Pools and I decided to give them a call too. From the moment Ryan Bird from Coastline Pools came over for an evaluation; I knew that they were the right company to go for. Ryan already had the information ready, he had done his homework thru satellite, he had a design vision, recommendations and when I explained what I was looking for and some peripheral issues I had with pool privacy and spaces, etc., Ryan had the solution and as we spoke he could enable me to visualize exactly how it was going to be. That very evening, Ryan had simulated designs and drawings of my envisioned pool and at that moment I knew that it was the company that I would work with. It was a perfect decision and turned out to be an amazing experience. As soon as the city permits were in, from the first shovel in the ground for demo and excavation to a fully ready dream pool and spa including a lot of peripheral work like privacy, painting around pool walls to match color code, selection of tiles, it took only 6 weeks to end. Coastline Pools was very cognizant about my extremely hectic and busy schedule and the need to board 2 large dogs every time there was construction. They made every effort to ensure that I had the most seamless experience with no disruption to my personal schedule and minimum time needed to board the dogs (that sure does cost money too). I requested help to select tiles, coping, pebble finish color, and descent wall tiles as I really had no time to shop and select. Kristy Bird from Coastline helped and made awesome selections and color-matching designs that made the pool look absolutely amazing. The construction crews during the process were very respectful of the property and kept it clean and tidy after working. Lisa who projects managed the complete end-to-end project was efficient, and responsive and took rapid action to ensure everything was in order to my complete satisfaction. She was amazing to work with and did not mind the 100's questions thrown at her during the whole 6 weeks (after all I have no knowledge or experience of pool construction). She was extremely patient and always explained the process I was concerned about. On the whole, if you want a dream pool, spa, landscape, or both - take my advice and work with this company. You will look back after your project and be relieved and happy you worked with Coastline Pools."
