"This park has a lovely walking path however I would not recommend swimming here. On many occasions there has been drownings and the park has been mandated to evacuate for an emergency helicopter landing before. If you plan to swim here please follow lifeguard instructions and do not swim in closed off areas. be safe and save your life."
"This was a nice lake. I like that they have an area for boaters and an area roped off for families to swim. They also have life guards until a certain time. There is no wifi service but they do have a pay phone."
"The water is extremely low right now. You can't really swim due to how dry the place is. We found leeches on our feet and legs when we got out. We didn't go around the area so I'm not sure if there's better areas to swim but definitely not here. Also $5 to go in."
"Very nice place for a walk, running, swimming also enjoying and meditation yoga exercises, you can rent kayaks and some other things, the only point is animals pooping everywhere like every inch on the beach!"
"I love this place! Went camping here with the family a few times also had a family reunion here.. There's a separate place for dogs to enjoy but it's a long walk , especially when its hot out. But we made the best if it and the dogs loved it. Being their first time swimming. I recommend a visit to any one if Del Valles beaches. Specially if it's a week day."
