"Don't look for them. After they take the money. Disappear. There is no service. It Has been looking for a variety of excuses, make up a variety of stories not to construction. Delayed my entire project by almost three years. Many mistakes were made in some of the early work. Like the walls and floor tiles cracked and no one came to repair them. Half of the swimming pool ran away, causing the pool foundation to rise and crack, the use of the wrong plumbing materials led to many problems. I'm suing them now."

"5-Star resurfaced my pool several years ago and they did an awesome job. However, I am now having issues with the water inlets and it has taken me 3 MONTHS and several phone calls to get them to come out and help me... and now they are just unresponsive. While they do good work, I don't need the frustration."

"Have tried to call to get company to come back out to fix the things that they did wrong and they won't come back... paid extra to have a salt water system and they won't come back to hook it up... the pool looks pretty nice but very disappointed with alot of other stuff. We paid extra for a remote system that we were supposed to be able to use from our phone and instead they said that was an upgrade after we asked about it. Wouldn't have bothered... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO FOLLOWUP..."

"BUYER BEWARE... Concho - do the right thing, you know my number, Michael M. Concho, the owner, was all smiles and helpful last year when he wanted the job to replaster our family pool. One year later and the white plaster has visible cracks everywhere (pool and spa) and the plaster literally is breaking apart at the bottom of the pool. Initially, I wasn't worried as Concho presented himself as a family business that cared for customer service and backed his work with a warranty. I've been calling for literally 2 months, calling from different numbers to get someone to answer to set an appointment only to have Concho no show me 3 times with no callback, sad."
