"Reserved a trailer with a ramp the night before and no issues until I came to pick it up today. Scheduled for 11am pickup and I show up at 10:45 and I’m told that the trailer is damaged and not rentable. Then told me nearest rental was near 3rd ward. All while I’m supposed to be in Mukwonago at 1130am. Lady and guy seemed to not care and I can’t believe someone couldn’t have called me in the morning or at least an hour before so that I could make other plans. Terrible customer service and I’ll be hesitant to rent from here ever again!"
