"Just fine and good for what it is. More like bar pizza than anything traditional. Reminded me of the pizza texture I bake in my basic kitchen oven (500degrees). Not even in the same league as the char/texture you can get from 800/900+ ovens. Crust: Chewy, some fluff, not much texture, no char. Nothing to go out of your way for. A little pleasant buttery flavor. Filling and sat heavy. Sauce: The best part. I wanted more! I caught myself just eating the crust and sauce near the crust for the most flavor. Toppings: Go nuts since the crust can hold anything. I preferred the pieces we had that were loaded up."

"First timer here. Everyone has been raving about this pizza, so when the craving arose, I gave them a shot. Let me start by saying this was a $26 medium sized pizza, with extra pepperoni, extra sausage, and giardinara. It was worth EVERY PENNY. I have never been so happy and excited for pizza as I was when I opened the box and saw this beauty. The toppings were stacked high, yet they somehow retained the ability to bake the perfect crispy crust. They pizza sauce was chefs kiss. Just the right amount of acidity and flavor. I will definitely be a repeat customer and looking forward to my next pizza night!"

"Went to di Carlo's for dinner on Friday night & sat out on their patio! Enjoyed the most amazing bruschetta we've had in a long time & split the Pepperoni & Sausage Roma style pizza! It was the perfect amount of food for us two, absolutely delicious! Highly recommend. We also has the sweetest waitress! She was outstanding."

It’s a beautiful dinning area and our waitress CJ could t do enough for us with her efficient and friendly service; we were greeted so kindly by the front hostess Cailyn and checking in by Gianna and Frank helping where needed for our party of 25. "Reopened n menu is much smaller then the previous menu. It will be expanding but for now it starting off with favorites n pizza. Service was excellent Thanks Deanna !!! Original Chef is back. Tried Thick crust pizza n the crust was great. Happy with our pasta creations."
