"I have to go to this FedEx location for work and I am often shipping upwards of 10 packages at a time. Brian behind the counter always greets my colleagues and me with a smile and he is so kind and helpful when working on my shipments. Due to the number and size of my boxes, it often takes a few minutes to get through the shipment, but Brian never makes us feel as though the work is a burden and is friendly throughout the whole process. We are always excited to see that Brian is working when we come through the doors!"
