"In and Out Towing resolved a battery issue that no one else could in 5 minutes. I Woke up to a fully charged 18 month old Kia EV6 that would not start, could not unlock doors, or be put into neutral. After a long day calling Ewald, Kia connect customer service and Kia Roadside assistance, I was told to find my own towing company that had wheel lifts and Dollie’s to move a car not in neutral. I called In and Out towing, they immediately knew the problem was the small 12 V battery responsible for starting the car. They were at my house in 5 minutes and had the car fixed. Fantastic customer service at the end of a trying day of others bad customer service. I will be recommending In and Out Towing to everyone I know."
