"Not a great store to stop at if you are commuting and in a rush. Even with mobile ordering it still takes a while. There is no real sense of urgency as a whole. A few individuals, yes but not the entire team. I am more likely to have a drink made incorrectly than not. During a morning commute I do not have time to wait for it to be made again by the same person with no sense of urgency and who doesn't know how to make it correctly anyway. If you can avoid this store I would. Johnson Creek store is way better all around. It's unfortunate that this store hasn't figured things out yet."

"I ordered a mobile order on 11/17 around 2:15. It said it would be ready by 2:32. I waited until 2:45 until I finally asked for a refund because I had to get back to work and couldn’t wait anymore. A woman before me had been waiting for 45 minutes. They claimed to be behind on mobile orders but the one dark curly haired gentlmen was the only one making drinks and he was moving so slow. He kept stopping to chat with his coworkers on the headset. I’ve been a barista before and normally I never complain, but his lack of urgency was absolutely ridiculous. They don’t care about customers at this location and the poor lack of management or speed is what’s killing it."

"We have just had enough of this place. The baristas have no interest in communicating about our orders which are what seems like not being made until we bring it up to them. But if they have no desire to be helpful, how can we tell them what we have been waiting for, for a outrageous amount of time? No more. We are refusing to go here to patron or for delivering for door dash as well. Unfortunate."

"I felt that maybe it was just a one time thing, and I gave this Starbucks location multiple shots, but in the end I always find that I am waiting at least 30 min for my two drinks and two sandwiches every time I mobile order from here. It seems as if I want it to even be almost done when I get there that I have to order when I leave my house which is about 30 min away. I understand mornings are busy, but their mobile pickup estimation times are completely inaccurate. I have nothing bad to say about how anything tastes, I just believe that the customer service is not good and I’d be better off ordering from another location."
